1983: The future of Fiero

Was this on the books for Fiero’s future? The P-car roadster was displayed for the first time in 1983. Designed and built in less than seven weeks, the open Pontiac had neither side windows nor a top. (where would you stow it?). The car was used to gauge public interest in a production version, but sadly Pontiac never produced the mid-engine speedster.
