Electra Limited, Park Avenue and T-Type models had served well, benefiting from annual and steady sales. True, the 3800 V6 made 210 lb-ft of torque at 2000 rpm, but most admirers would choose whitewalls, spiffy wire-wheel hubcaps and lots of brightwork. The rakes among them would satisfy their needs with the T-Type package. Now there was a Park Avenue Ultra, a luxurious cross between the ordinary Limited and the muscular T-Type.
