Decals proclaiming Euro this or Euro that even adorned some American products hopeful of implying some extra degree of road worthiness or performance prowess. To counter this trend, pro-American aftermarket tuning specialist Bill Kolb of Spoilers Plus got together with Dennis Cohen of Concept Cars, Gary Peek of Suspension Techniques to build an All-American Eurocar beater.
