1993 Ford Explorer Manufacturer Promo
The Ford Explorer was the best selling sport utility vehicle on the market. The most significant change for 1993 was the addition of four-wheel anti-lock brakes as standard equipment. There were two and four-door models, in four trim levels. The only engine choice was the 4.0-liter V-6, which was smooth and had sufficient power for easy towing and medium trailers. The Explorer was highly popular as a family vehicle, offering utility, bad weather capabilities, spacious room, and a stylish image.
