1994 GMC Jimmy vs Ford Explorer Manufacturer Promo

The GMC Jimmy sport utility drove into 1994 with limited alterations.  Chief among them were side-door guard beams, improved corrosion protection measures, quieter engines, and a front bench seat with a 60/40 split on four-door models.  Engine choices were simplified; if you want a manual transmission, you automatically receive the 165-horsepower version of the 4.3-liter V-6; opt for the automatic, and the engine was the 200-horsepower Enhanced iteration.  Jimmy would take you smartly around town, hit the dirt, or tow up to 5500 pounds.
