2003 Dodge Viper Preview
Did the Viper go soft? Not with 500 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque it didn’t. The 2003 Viper, the SRT-10, had ABS and a longer wheelbase, and it was easier to get into and out of than the original. Thanks to the generous use of exotic materials, the 2003 was both tither and lighter than the previous snake.. And thanks to a re-engineered exhaust system, the Viper finally sounded like the tire-smoking monster it was.
