Melding classic design cues inside and out with a host of innovative touches, this rear drive two seater boasted a sport tuned multilink suspension, 17-in wheel/tire package, ABS disc brakes, and a 287 hp version of Nissan’s 3.5L DOHC V6 as part of its mechanical formula. It offered a choice of a six-speed manual gearbox or optional five speed automatic transmission. Enthusiast, Performance, Touring, and Track option packages allowed buyers to personalize the Z-car to meet their particular tastes.
