1989 Eagle Summit Customer Training Promo – John O’Hurley
Entirely new, this car offered a wide range of well designed models that were more spacious than its competitors. There was a good choice of engines which were all good performers. Seat and suspension comfort was good, while the sound levels a bit high. The new Summit which is very aerodynamically shaped,. The1.6 Liter has more power notably in the 16-valve version. Without being as sophisticated as the Honda Civic, the Summit came quire close and represented good value as a second family car.

It’s John O’Hurley! Mr. Peterman on Seinfeld. Went on to host Family Feud if I recall.
I love how the intro footage shows Summits and Premiers flying through s-curves at speeds that would almost rip the tires off the wheels, and then it shows the Talon serenely coasting at 25 MPH.
