1981 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Manufacturer Promo

Since the large cars the GM C-bodies were aerodynamically reskineed for 1980, attention was given to the details for 1981.  All 88s and Ninety Eights got 25-gallon fuel tanks and tires with 35-psi inflation. Low drag brakes with a quick take up master cylinder helped reduce drag.  Refinements were made in structure, acoustics, isolation and ride tuning to accommodate the increased tire pressure.
