1982 Buick LeSabre Manufacturer Promo
The full-size car lines from Buick, LeSabre, Electra, and Park Avenue continued basically unchanged for 1982, with 3.8-liter V-6 base engines, 4.1-liter V-6 and Olds 5.0-liter V-8 engines optional. Either optional engine would be available with the GM 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission incorporating an improvised lockup torque converter, smoother and quieter than the 1981 version, though the 3-speed automatic was standard base equipment.
