11991: New York Auto Show
The 1991 New York Auto Show, appeared to be small car happy, at least in this small clip. Honda’s use of a 5-cylinder engine in their relatively new division Acura, the Vigor was to be placed between their compact Integra, and larger Legend, filling out their lineup. Hyundai’s Elantra was quite a handsome little car for 1992, and sounds like it offered more room than its competitors, which is still one of Hyundai’s benefits of giving more for less. Comparing Mazda’s MX3 to a Porsche 944 was a bit kind, but this coupe offering gave Mazda a unique entry into a segment that was last popular in this, the early 1990’s!
I LIKE CHEVROLET AND BUICK AT NEW YORK AUTO SHOW FROM THE 70S,80S AND EARLY 90S ERA 😀 AWESOME
