2004 Lexus RX330 Test Drive
Lexus reinvented the luxury crossover SUV that helped legitimize the segment. In addition to a larger platform and svelte new styling, the 2004 RX330 gained a 3.3-liter/230-horsepower DOHC V6 and five speed autobox. The all new model was fitted with seven airbags and stability and traction control on front and all wheel drive models. A performance package added 18-inch alloys, adjustable air suspension, sequential manumatic transmission, and power liftgate. Other options included adaptive front lighting that swivelled with steering input, laser cruise control, and a navigation system with backup camera.
